While their technology powered the world’s leading media networks, their digital presence remained fragmented, transactional, and heavily product-focused. As the industry shifted toward cloud-based production and the burgeoning creator economy, Vizrt’s legacy identity felt too complex and dated to resonate with a younger, digital-first audience. With a portfolio of over 50 hardware and software products, the brand struggled with inconsistent messaging and a website architecture that overwhelmed users instead of guiding them, stalling their expansion into new market verticals.

The solution

We acted as a strategic partner to lead Vizrt through a five-month total transformation, involving a multidisciplinary team of 15 specialists. Starting with intensive workshops in London, we shifted the entire brand strategy from Product-First to Solution-First. We replaced seven competing internal narratives with four unified messaging pillars—Empowering Storytellers, Viewer Experience, Platform for the Future, and Customer Relationship—ensuring every product spoke the same language of value.
