The problem
While the Uncensored CMO podcast serves over 100,000 monthly listeners, its existing website failed to act as an effective central hub for its extensive media archive. The existing infrastructure was unable to effectively showcase the host’s growing portfolio of live events, provide an integrated multimedia experience for listeners, or capture high-value inbound inquiries. Furthermore, the technical backend was fragmented; managing an archive of over 200 episodes involved labor-intensive manual processes, as the primary data source—Transistor—contained all metadata within a single, unstructured description field, making automated content synchronization impossible.
The solution
Blott engineered a modern, scalable digital platform that balances high-performance technical architecture with a bold, accessible brand identity. To resolve the data fragmentation, we deployed a sophisticated automation layer using Make.com, utilizing multi-step extraction and text parsing to migrate the full 200+ episode archive into a structured Webflow CMS. This included a custom-coded JavaScript audio player that dynamically syncs with extracted timestamps to provide a seamless, on-site listening experience. To streamline business operations, we implemented a strategic three-path funnel for inquiries—categorizing speaking engagements, podcast partnerships, and general requests—to automate lead qualification and optimize administrative efficiency.
The result
The transformation delivered a sophisticated digital presence that has significantly deepened audience engagement and strengthened UCMO’s commercial funnel. By modernizing the site architecture, we improved content discoverability and accessibility, leading to a marked increase in on-site listening and longer session durations. The restructured inquiry system has successfully streamlined the acquisition of high-value speaking and event-related requests, while the automated backend has eliminated the burden of manual content management. Ultimately, the project provided UCMO with a resilient, enterprise-ready foundation capable of supporting the brand’s continued global growth.
