The problem

RealtyONE Group, a leading US-based real estate brokerage with over 19,000 professionals, faced the challenge of translating its massive North American success into the Philippine market. The objective was twofold: establish a regional flagship website that maintained global brand integrity while resonating with local nuances, and solve the technical complexity of the Philippine property market, where non-exclusive listings are common. The business required a platform that could simultaneously attract high-level venture capitalists for franchising, onboard new agents, and manage dynamic property listings with minimal manual oversight.

The solution

We delivered a localized digital platform built on a SaaS-inspired visual language to differentiate RealtyONE from traditional regional competitors. The solution featured a custom-engineered property listing system fully integrated with RealtyONE’s internal platform via API, enabling 100% automated data synchronization. To enhance user experience, we implemented multi-layered filtering logic—inspired by industry leaders like Airbnb—and introduced "exclusive" badges to highlight RealtyONE’s unique inventory. The design was anchored by a bespoke CG hero animation symbolizing the brand’s expansion into the APAC region, supported by a scalable Webflow CMS architecture that allows the internal team to manage content 60% faster.

The result

The platform’s launch provided an immediate and measurable foundation for market entry, successfully generating 2-3 inbound franchise inquiries within the first months. Technical automation led to a 100% reduction in manual data maintenance for property and agent updates, facilitating a 50-70% increase in active listings and a 40-50% growth in the platform's agent directory. High-quality user engagement was evidenced by an average session duration exceeding two minutes and a bounce rate consistently below 45%, validating the strategic UX and technical decisions made to support RealtyONE’s global growth.
